About Us
Diana Carolina Rojas Paiba moved to Minneapolis, MN from Bogota, Colombia where she graduated with an Associate's Degree in Marketing / Design and Associate's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. Currently she study Early Childhood Education in the Minneapolis Community and Technical College.
Diana has 14 years of business management and entrepreneurship experience where she actively participated in the creation and consolidation of two small businesses in her home country.
Passionate about children and youth, Diana has always been active with her church and other community events in the care of children and leading youth groups with 19 years of volunteer service.
Diana is the current owner at Mi Casita Spanish Immersion Daycare and is always bringing love and a positive role model to make sure the education of our kids is founded on strong christian values and behaviors. She wants to ensure our kids have a happy future and are academically prepared according to their age group.
Safety
Our priority is to provide a safe environment, taking precautions and complying with the parameters of Rule to ensure that this commitment is followed.
My Casita has:
o Security cameras in the outdoor space and monitors inside.
o Protectors on all doors or places where it is dangerous for children to explore.
o Periodic inspections by staff to identify and correct possible security risks.
o Teachers with individual background studies and 16 hours of training in first aid, CPR, SUID, AHT, among others.

Our commitment is to provide a balanced diet to enhance the physical, cognitive, emotional and physical growth of children.
We provide balanced and age-appropriate meals.
